Looking for an easy home-cooked meal, then look no further. I first saw this recipe on Rachel Parcell’s Instagram stories and figured I would give it a go, but make in gluten free!!
- 4-6 Chicken breast
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) of melted butter
- 1 Cup of flour (I substituted gluten-free flour)
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 16 oz Heavy whipping cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
Preheat oven to 350 degree’s

Used completely thawed chicken breast. Greece your pan. Mix flour and spices together and set aside. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then lightly dip chicken into in the flour mixture and place into the pan. Any leftover butter drizzle over the top of your chicken. Take your heavy whipping cream, and pour the entire carton over the chicken. Top with your parmesan cheese and place in the oven for 1 hour.
